Teaching 101
Teaching 101 is a course specifically designed for those who want a strong start in a teaching career, whether it’s a new graduate, stay-at-home mom or someone who is making a career shift. The course is also fitting for new teachers with no more than 2 years of experience. Teaching 101 makes use of both online lectures to give you the benefit of the comfort of your home, as well as real classroom training and observation experience, within the walls of a reputable international school. In Teaching 101, you will have the opportunity to observe how professional teachers work inside the classroom, as well as discuss with them and inquire about their methods of lesson planning and delivery. You will also be given the chance to plan your own lesson and deliver it inside a live classroom with the support of our mentors and school teachers. By the end of the course, you will not only get a certificate of attendance, but a detailed letter explaining what you’ve studied, the number of hours of study, and how you applied what you’ve learnt.
